Rivers Casino Philadelphia has booked Rickey Smiley for a live date next month. The comedian, actor, author, and radio host takes the stage Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, at 8 p.m.

The show is part of the entertainment lineup at Rivers Casino Philadelphia (formerly SugarHouse Casino). The property is situated on the Delaware River waterfront in Fishtown.
Tickets are on sale now. Prices start at $39. The date adds another live entertainment booking to the calendar at a major local gaming venue.
As of now, the announcement names no additional Philadelphia dates. It also stops short of placing the appearance within a broader tour.
Rickey Smiley’s Career Milestones
Smiley built his name on stand-up comedy and on “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.” The program airs in Philadelphia on WPPZ-FM, Classix 107.9.
He joins the 2026 Radio Hall of Fame induction class this fall. The NAB Marconi Radio Awards also named him Network/Syndicated Personality of the Year in 2021.
His comedy special “Fool-ish” premiered on Hulu in May 2025. It was his first stand-up special in more than a decade.
Smiley also released a memoir through HarperCollins, “Sideshow: Living with Loss and Moving Forward with Faith.”
