A Philadelphia man, Robert Capone, 51, pleaded guilty to multiple charges involving $200,000 worth of forged Jason Kelce memorabilia.
Capone was charged with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception and deceptive business practices, all third-degree felonies, and forgery, a first-degree misdemeanor.
The former Eagles legend made a private appearance at Valley Forge Casino in June 2024 to sign memorabilia. Capone, along with another accomplice, devised a scheme to forge Kelce’s name on more than 1,000 pieces of memorabilia.

The financial impact of the scheme cost TCH Humphreys and Jason Kelce $200,000. TCH Humphreys possessed a legitimate contract with Jason Kelce for the signing at Valley Forge.
According to clltc, Alfred P. Sicoli, 51, of Penndel, Pennsylvania, was already charged in March. Sicoli is alleged to have forged Kelce’s autograph, including inscriptions.
Capone, owner of Overtime Promotions, used LeeAnn Branco, 43, of Bristol, Rhode Island, and an employee of Beckett Authentication Services,to gain access to the event at Valley Forge.
According to FOX29, Branco allegedly snapped a photo at the event for proof of authentication. Joseph Parenti, 39, of Cranston, Rhode Island, and owner of Diamond Legends, unknowingly sold forged items in a partnership with Capone, which he thought was legitimate.
However, the Boston Globe reported in June that Branco and Parenti had no knowledge of items being forged. Charges against the pair of Rhode Island residents were dropped.
