Chef Jet Tila’s new Luk Fu menu is being introduced at Live! properties in Philadelphia. The rollout was announced alongside the launch at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland in Hanover.
The Luk Fu X Jet Tila menu became available in Maryland on Aug. 28. The rollout at Live! locations in Philadelphia and Louisiana is part of the collaboration with The Cordish Companies.
What Is on the Luk Fu X Jet Tila Menu
The new menu was developed specifically for Luk Fu. Items include Crispy Spicy Tuna, Tom Yum Soup, Sizzling Mongolian Beef, and Tamarind Prawns.
Tila said in a statement he was “thrilled” for guests to try the new menu. He also said the dishes were crafted
“for Luk Fu to honor my own food traditions, and I am pleased to bring them to this community.”
James Reyes of Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland said the partnership brings Tila’s
“East-meets-West approach to authentic Asian cuisine to Luk Fu through this exciting collaboration,”
This adds a new culinary option to the property’s dining lineup.
