The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported on Wednesday that iGaming operators have exceeded $3 billion in revenue for 2025. A $304.4 million month in November helped the market get there.

Despite a 2.6% month-over-month decrease, it’s the second straight month Pennsylvania online casinos generated north of $300 million in a single month. The vertical increased at a 20.7% rate year-over-year.

Pennsylvania remains the No. 1 iGaming market in the US, as it is still the only state to achieve $300 million of revenue in a month … twice.

Another milestone checked off

Pennsylvania online casino revenue is raising the bar, what feels like each and every month. Months of $300 million are now pretty attainable for operators.

Thanks to another strong month, the vertical has produced nearly $3.14 billion in yearly revenue through 11 months. Operators generated just under $2.71 billion for the entirety of 2024.

iGaming is up to $11.67 billion in lifetime revenue. Don’t expect a slowdown anytime soon, as December is expected to be another big month.

Valley Forge stays strong

Despite the slight drop-off in November, the Valley Forge license, partnered with FanDuel Casino and Stardust, remained flat month-over-month.

In October, the license produced $92.2 million, and last month it did $92.1 million. It’s likely that FanDuel makes up the majority of the revenue.

The solid result is an indication that FanDuel offers a consistent product to customers.

Golden Nugget, bet365 defy slowdown

In a month where most operators remained flat or dropped slightly, Golden Nugget Casino improved in November.

In October, the operator recorded $8.9 million in revenue. Last month, it shot up to nearly $9.3 million.

Bet365 Casino is another platform that improved its standing in November. After a strong $4.9 million October, the operator posted $5.1 million in November revenue.

Licenses such as Bally’s, Harrah’s Philadelphia, and Parx all declined in November.
