Pennsylvania is one of only three states where BetMGM online casino customers can use casino wagers to enter a new sweepstakes offering WNBA Finals tickets and $2,000 for travel and lodging.
The BetMGM Online Casino entry option, also available in Michigan and New Jersey, gives players an alternative to qualifying through sportsbook wagers. However, it is limited to two eligible games and does not provide a higher entry limit.
BetMGM will award two grand prize packages. Each winner receives two tickets to Game 2 of the WNBA Finals and $2,000 in withdrawable funds. The operator estimates the retail value of each package at $5,000.
The WNBA Swish-Stakes runs through Sept. 6 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Players must be at least 21 and have an active, verified BetMGM account.

Casino wagering can generate up to 25 entries
Pennsylvania customers can find the sweepstakes in the Promotions section of their BetMGM account and opt in before playing.
Casino entries are based on cumulative real-money wagering during the promotional period:
- $10 wagered: One entry
- $20 wagered: Two entries
- $50 wagered: Five entries
- $100 wagered: 10 entries
- $250 wagered: 25 entries
Players do not have to reach a tier in one session. Multiple qualifying wagers can be combined toward the required total.
The offer does not extend across BetMGM’s full casino library. Only wagers on WNBA Gold and NBA Gold qualify. Play on other slots, table games, and live dealer titles will not generate entries.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Jersey are the only states offering this method. In other participating jurisdictions, customers must qualify through sportsbook wagering or use the free email option.
Sportsbook wagers follow the same entry tiers
Pennsylvania customers can also enter through the BetMGM Sportsbook. The same cumulative thresholds apply, beginning with one entry after $10 in wagers and reaching 25 at $250.
Despite the promotion’s WNBA theme, customers do not have to place WNBA bets. Any sports market offered by BetMGM can qualify.
Each sportsbook wager must have odds of -200 or longer and settle before it counts. According to the promotion rules, bets placed at -200, -110 or plus-money odds qualify, while wagers that are cashed out, edited, or canceled do not.
The sweepstakes cannot be used in conjunction with another BetMGM Sportsbook or BetMGM Casino promotion. The 25-entry limit applies across all methods, so casino and sportsbook play cannot be used to exceed the cap.

E-mail entry method does not require a wager
BetMGM also allows customers to participate without spending money. Entries must be sent to BetMGMSweepstakes@BetMGM.com before the promotion ends.
The email must carry the subject line: “Legendary Experiences: WNBA Finals Sweepstakes.” Participants must provide their full name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, and BetMGM account user ID.
Each valid email earns one entry. Reaching the limit through this method requires 25 separate submissions.
BetMGM will select two potential winners in a random drawing held at least one day after the sweepstakes closes. They will be contacted by email or telephone and must respond with the requested information within five business days or forfeit the prize.
