Live! Casino Pittsburgh is celebrating its four-year anniversary with renovations that include a new poker room, high-limit table games room and more event space. The casino held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to acknowledge the enhancements on Thursday.

Live! Casino Pittsburgh announced plans of the upgrades during the summer in response to customer feedback. It took approximately four months for the property to finish the installments.

The Pittsburgh casino has invested $7.5 million into the facility since opening in 2020.

Ribbon-cutting ceremony marks the opening of new features

Customers at Live! Casino Pittsburgh get to enjoy an upgraded table games experience, which features a new poker room, and additional event space. The following enhancements officially opened on Thursday:

  • Poker Room: Conveniently located on the first floor, adjacent to the main casino gaming area, the new Live! Poker Room provides a fresh, lively and dynamic space for players to compete against the best. Guests can enjoy six large tables and multiple big-screen TVs within approximately 1,400 square feet of space.
  • High-Limit Table Games Room: Near the main entrance, the new High-Limit Table Games Room provides a sophisticated setting for guests seeking luxury and excitement. It’s an upscale gaming space that has three high-action tables for poker and other favorite games, a stylish bar, and big screen TVs.
  • The Social Club: Located on the second floor next to Sports & Social Steel City, the new space allows for groups to enjoy a comfortable atmosphere tailored to their needs. This space is ideal for groups between 20 and 100 people, with a versatile layout that can be arranged for casual get-togethers, formal affairs and everything in between.

Live! Casino Pittsburgh General Manager, Sean Sullivan, said in a statement emailed to PlayPennsylvania:

“It’s incredible to think that we’ve been part of this community for four years and it just keeps getting better. I don’t think there could be a more appropriate way to celebrate than with these three exciting additions to our beautiful property

“These investments underscore our commitment to being a good community partner and world-class gaming and entertainment destination.”

Live! Casino Pittsburgh listens to customer feedback

While Live! Casino Pittsburgh hasn’t been in business that long, it’s already making adjustments and enhancements to its facility. Back in November 2o21, the property added several features that included a poker room, high limit room and an event center called The Venue Live!

As time goes on, behaviors and preferences change for customers, which is important to Live! Casino Pittsburgh. Sullivan takes the opinions of visitors seriously, as he said back in July:

“These improvements are a result of the continuous feedback we receive through a robust engagement process with our guests and our dedicated team members.

“We are proud to continue to reinvest in the facility and serve as a world-class gaming and entertainment destination for Westmoreland County. We think our guests will be delighted with the new offerings.”

It should be a breath of fresh air for customers to know that Live! Casino Pittsburgh takes their inquiries to heart.
