The parties don’t stop just because summer is coming to an end. Sweater weather and football season is upon us, and there’s still plenty to do at Pennsylvania casinos this fall.
The fall 2022 calendar of events for Pennsylvania casinos is packed with concerts, comedy and the return of a popular Philadelphia Eagles and America’s Got Talent performer.
It’s also set to be an exciting season for openings:
- The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is accepting reservations starting on Oct. 3.
- South Philly native Steve Martorano just announced that “Martorano’s Prime” will open Rivers Casino Philadelphia. However, no date is scheduled yet.
- Parx Casino Shippensburg plans to open in early 2023.
Live! Casino Philadelphia fall events
Live! Casino Philadelphia is hosting a number of events this fall that are free and others available for purchase.
DJ Dre will perform every Friday and Saturday night in September starting at 10 p.m. at the Center Bar.

Former Philadelphia Eagle and current magician Jon Dorenbos will be performing at the casino on October 1 at 8 p.m. Dorenbos played 11 of his 14 years in the NFL with the Eagles as a long snapper. Tickets are on sale at Live’s Philadelphia’s website.
Dorenbos’ magic career has taken off since he retired from football in 2016. He’s performed on America’s Got Talent in 2016 and 2019.

Rivers Casino Philadelphia has free and ticketed concerts and comedy events this fall.
Celebrate the end of the work week with Sing Like a Star Live Band, karaoke edition every Thursday in September from 6 to 10 p.m.

Fall events at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh
Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is holding a number of watch parties for the loaded UFC and boxing slate in September.
UFC 279 PPV will be shown in River Casino Pittburgh‘s sportsbook on September 10.
The casino will be hosting a watch party on September 17 for UFC Fight Night: Sandhagen vs. Song and Boxing PPV Title Fight: Canelo Alvarez vs. Gennadiy Golovkin.
There will also be live entertainment at Drum Bar every Friday and Saturday in September.

Mohegan Sun Pocono fall events
Mohegan Sun Pocono has plenty of free music and comedy shows visitors can enjoy this fall.
Ticked events in September include Jay Black with Neil Rubenstein and Abby Washuta on September 16 and 17, Chris Monty with Kevin Israel on September 24 and Bret Michaels on September 30.
On October 14 and 15, John Knight and Mike Eagen perform a comedy show.
The casino has three events every Friday and Saturday in September at either The Hive Taphouse, Embers Terrace and Breakers.
Mount Airy Casino Fall 2022 concerts
Mount Airy Casino is hosting a concert and comedy show.
Ticketed events include War on October 14 and Vic DiBitetto on December 2.
AbbaMania – A Tribute to Abba – is a free concert on October 28.
If visitors want to take an afternoon off from work, Mount Airy Casino has matinee events this fall for sale. All events start at 3:30 p.m.:
