A Scott Long, Pennsylvania poker player, won the Mega Progressive Jackpot at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Nov. 12. He was with friends for a poker tournament and sat at a table where he hit a royal flush of diamonds and won over $500,000. A press release from Caesars Entertainment says Long is a frequent Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em player. What happens in Vegas won’t stay in Vegas, though. He plans to use the money to pay off his mortgage, college tuition and have some family fun.
