Rivers Casino Philadelphia is giving fans of “The Price Is Right” a shot at hearing the iconic phrase “Come on down!” during a special casting call event this summer.

In partnership with KYW-TV/CBS3, Rivers Casino Philadelphia will host an open contestant search for the long-running CBS game show on Wednesday, July 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Event Center inside the Pennsylvania retail casino. Guests can begin lining up at 10 a.m.

Casting producers for “The Price Is Right” are looking for energetic and outgoing contestants to appear on future episodes of the daytime television staple, according to a press release from Rivers Casino Philadelphia. Auditions are open to legal US residents ages 18 and older.

Contestants will have one minute to impress producers

During the audition process, prospective contestants will have approximately one minute to introduce themselves and showcase their personality, enthusiasm, and excitement to producers. Guests are encouraged to register in advance through CBS Philadelphia.

At the conclusion of the casting call, producers will select two semifinalists from the Philadelphia event to receive trips to Los Angeles, including travel accommodations. One of the two semifinalists will be guaranteed a chance to appear as a contestant on the show.

Hosted by Drew Carey, “The Price Is Right” remains the top-rated daytime television series on network TV and holds the distinction of being the longest-running game show in television history. Contestants compete for cash and prizes through a series of pricing games and showcase challenges.

According to the release, a recent contestant won more than $240,000 in cash and prizes, marking the largest winnings ever awarded in a single pricing game during the show’s 54-year history.

Rivers continues hosting television casting events

The July event continues Rivers Philadelphia’s recent run of television casting partnerships. The property said it has hosted four national television casting calls over the past 15 months. It did so in August 2025, looking for Wheel of Fortune contestants.

Scott Lokke, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia, said in a statement:

“We’re excited to host a ‘Price Is Right’ contestant search at Rivers Casino Philadelphia. This is another fun and unique opportunity for fans to put themselves in the running for one of the most recognizable game shows on television.”

Rivers Casino Philadelphia offers free parking, and guests can also use a complimentary shuttle service connecting the casino with Riversuites at The Battery, the property’s boutique hotel located near Penn Treaty Park.

Located along the Delaware River waterfront in Fishtown, Rivers Casino Philadelphia features more than 1,500 slot machines, 70 table games, a poker room, and a sports area for live sports wagering. The property also hosts concerts, promotions, and other entertainment events throughout the year.
