Live! Casino Pittsburgh is expanding its dining footprint with a new Italian concept rooted in local flavor, marking another step in its ongoing effort to broaden its appeal beyond gaming.
The Westmoreland County property unveiled MANGIA featuring DeLallo, a new market and eatery developed in partnership with a well-known regional food brand, as it continues investing in amenities aimed at attracting a wider audience.
MANGIA debuts with local partnership
Live! Casino Pittsburgh celebrated the grand opening of MANGIA featuring DeLallo, a combined market and eatery developed in partnership with the Jeannette-based Italian foods company.
Live! Casino General Manager Sean Sullivan said the casino wanted to stay local.
“We’re excited to bring this new Italian market concept to life. MANGIA reflects our commitment to supporting local businesses and providing our guests with high-quality, memorable dining experiences.”
DeLallo President Anthony DiPietro added:
“For generations, our family has been dedicated to sharing authentic Italian food and traditions. We’re excited to expand that experience at Live! Casino and welcome guests to enjoy everything MANGIA has to offer.”
Property officials marked the occasion with a playful twist on a traditional ribbon-cutting. Instead of scissors and ribbon, dignitaries sliced through an 8-foot pasta noodle prepared by Pittsburgh chef and content creator Ryan Peters of Peters Pasta. Among those participating were State Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward, “Sopranos” actor Steve Schirripa, and DiPietro.
Several state and local officials attended the ceremony, along with regional business leaders, underscoring the property’s growing role as an economic anchor in the area.

Hybrid dining and retail concept
Located at the front entrance of the casino and open to guests of all ages, MANGIA offers a hybrid experience that blends fast-casual dining with a retail marketplace.
The concept features a menu of Italian staples such as hoagies, pizza, pasta, salads, and desserts, alongside shelves stocked with DeLallo’s signature products, including dried pasta, sauces, oils, and specialty items.
The venue also includes several quick-service options designed to appeal to patrons and visitors alike. An express window serves guests on the gaming floor, while a Primo coffee and espresso bar and a vintage gelato cart round out the offerings.

Continued investment in amenities
The opening marks the latest investment by Live! Casino Pittsburgh, which has continued to build out its mix of dining, entertainment, and gaming options since opening at Westmoreland Mall.
MANGIA featuring DeLallo is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, with extended hours until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
