Pennsylvania online casinos have proven to be a hit with players as revenue has led the country in recent months.

Ahead of the start college football and the NFL season, FanDuel is capitalizing on its brand recognition. They introduced the first FanDuel-branded Live Dealer games at PA online casinos. The branded live dealer games are also available in Michigan.

FanDuel’s Director of Publicity Kevin Hennessy told PlayPennsylvania:

“Live Dealer games are important in building out the casino experience for FanDuel players. We set up the studio in a way that brings the FanDuel brand to life.”

FanDuel brings branded Live Dealer to PA online casino

Live Dealer games in Pennsylvania are powered by Evolution Gaming, the world’s largest supplier of live casino games. Live dealer games like blackjack and roulette made their much-anticipated debut in Pennsylvania in the fall of 2020.

Some of the reasons players like playing Live Dealer games is because they get to play from the comfort of their own home, trust that cards are drawn fairly and unlimited seating.

The Live Dealer studio allows FanDuel to offer players exclusive promotions, live updates and dynamic states. A press release from FanDuel says that “the FanDuel Live Dealer Games will be attractive to both experienced and novice players.”

The user interface guides players in what bets they can place and even shows potential winnings.

Live Dealer gives new (and experienced) players to casino games an idea of how to navigate at their own pace. It can be less intimidating for some. Reps from FanDuel noted that Live Dealer games at online casinos do not cannibalize land-based casinos. It can give players newfound confidence when they are ready to play at a brick-and-mortar casino.

Although some tables will have limited seats, most of them will allow betting behind, meaning that you’ll always be able to join a live dealer casino game in some regard. There are also “infinite” variants that uncap the number of players who can join a table, and you can play along (potentially) with dozens of other people.

FanDuel PA online casino has seven branded blackjack tables with a $50 minimum and max $5,000 bet. It also has one branded-infinite blackjack with a $1 minimum and one FanDuel-themed roulette table ($50 min).

FanDuel seeks cross-sell from sportsbook to online casino

FanDuel online sportsbook holds nearly a 40% market share in Pennsylvania. They are looking to convert customers to the online casino ahead of football season. The demographics for FanDuel online casino are a 50/50 split between men and women.

The company announced on July 18 that it picked Mischief @ No Fixed Address to head up creative duties for the online casino.

FanDuel’s VP of Casino Brand Strategy Daniele Phillips said in a press release:

“This is a sector ripe for disruption. So, it’s only fitting that our agency partner specializes in blowing stuff up. Mischief is the leader of disruption and strategically powerful ideas which have proven to move business time and time again. We can’t wait to make an impact together.”

Mischief will look to create new and exciting ways to attract customers and unlock cross-sell opportunities into other areas.

Greg Hahn, Co-Founder and CCO at Mischief, said:

“We’re looking forward to creating an unmistakable edge for FanDuel Casino.”
