In a strategic leadership move, Rush Street Gaming has appointed Scott Lokke as the new general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia, effective immediately. The announcement was made on this week by the company’s executive team.

It’s Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s fourth general manager since 2023. Lokke is replacing Susan Foster, who was hired in July 2024. She preceded Eric Althaus and Justin Moore.

Foster, Althaus, and Moore represented in-house hires to general managers. Rush Street went outside the organization to land Lokke.

Lokke brings extensive industry experience and a deep familiarity with the local market. A seasoned casino executive, Lokke has held pivotal roles within Rush Street Gaming in the past and is known for his operational acumen and leadership.

He inherits the helm of the Fishtown waterfront casino, a landmark entertainment venue that first opened in 2010 and has since stood as a vital fixture in Philadelphia’s gaming landscape.

Lokke has 30 years of casino experience in numerous markets, including Cleveland, Las Vegas, Kansas City, and St. Louis. Lokke held leadership positions at Caesars Entertainment and Jack Entertainment.

Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff expressed confidence in Lokke’s abilities, noting his track record and extensive background.

“Scott brings a unique combination of operational expertise and local insight that will further elevate the Rivers Philly guest experience. His appointment aligns with our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence.”
