Pennsylvania online casinos finished the 2025 calendar year with records across the board.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported that operators produced $324.3 million in December revenue, which is an all-time high. It beat the previous mark set in October at $312.5 million.
To boot, the industry finished 2025 posting $3.46 billion in year-to-date revenue, also a record.
Summing up 2025
The iGaming vertical has been a money-making machine for operators since it was legalized in 2019.
The $324.3 million last month is a year-over-year increase of 15.3% and a month-over-month increase of 6.5%, which shows the industry is still growing.
The $3.46 billion in 2025 revenue is also another example of growth, easily outpacing 2024. The last several years has produced the following totals:
- 2022: $1.67 billion
- 2023: $2.11 billion
- 2024: $2.71 billion
- 2025: $3.46 billion
The market grew another 27.7% from 2024, which slowed slightly, as the growth rate in 2024 from 2023 was 28.4%.
Hollywood Penn National makes jump
While the entire market improved in December, Hollywood Penn National continues to lead the market in terms of revenue. Its license is made up of DraftKings Casino, BetMGM Casino, Fanatics Casino and Hollywood Casino.
The license delivered $125.4 million in revenue, which is another all-time high. It was up from $113.2 million in November.
DraftKings and BetMGM are two of the market leaders. They contribute a good chunk of the revenue. However, Fanatics is likely to have improved, too, as they have in other states such as New Jersey and Michigan.
