Fanatics Casino has introduced a new rewards program for Pennsylvania players, with benefits increasing as customers advance through its levels.
Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards includes FanCash multipliers, casino credit offers, mystery rewards, and weekly sweepstakes. Players can redeem the FanCash they earn for casino play, bonus bets, eligible merchandise, and other available rewards.
Fanatics announced the launch on Sept. 15. The program is now live through the Fanatics Sports and Casino app.
Rewards improve as players advance
Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards gives customers progressively better benefits as they move through its seven levels.
Higher levels can increase the rate at which players earn FanCash on featured casino games. Customers can also unlock casino credit offers that grow as they advance through the program.
Mystery Drops are available across all seven levels, providing surprise rewards to eligible players. The program also includes weekly Bet & Get FanCash opportunities and exclusive weekly sweepstakes, with additional access available at higher levels.
The company said available rewards, benefits, and eligibility can vary, meaning Pennsylvania players should check the rewards section of their account for their current level and applicable offers.
The program is available to eligible customers using Fanatics Casino Pennsylvania. Players must be at least 21, maintain an active account in good standing, and not appear on a state or Fanatics exclusion list.
How Pennsylvania casino players earn FanCash
FanCash remains the central currency within the new rewards program. Pennsylvania customers earn it from eligible settled wagers, with the standard earning rate determined by the type of casino game played.
Under Fanatics’ standard rates, slots earn FanCash equal to 0.25% of the amount wagered, while most table games earn 0.20%. Blackjack, craps, baccarat and video poker have a 0.05% earning rate.
Only eligible wagers made with cash earn FanCash. Bets placed with free spins, casino credit, FanCash, or another form of promotional credit do not qualify. Canceled and voided wagers are also excluded.
Customers who created a new Fanatics Casino account on or after June 17 are automatically enrolled in FanCash Jackpots. While enrolled, FanCash earned through eligible casino wagers goes toward the jackpot pool instead of being deposited directly into the player’s balance.
Players can opt out through the app’s home page if they would rather receive FanCash directly. However, any FanCash previously contributed to the jackpot pool will remain there after the player opts out.
FanCash redemption value depends on the reward
Pennsylvania players have several ways to use FanCash, although its value varies depending on the selected reward.
Converting FanCash to casino credit provides 50% of its stated value. For example, $10 in FanCash becomes $5 in casino credit. The credit is used before deposited funds, must be played through once, and expires after seven days. Any resulting winnings are added to the player’s cash balance.
FanCash converts to Fanatics Sportsbook bonus bets at a dollar-for-dollar rate, so $10 in FanCash provides $10 in bonus bets. Those bonus bets also expire after seven days, and the original stake is not included in any winnings.
Customers can also redeem FanCash for eligible Fanatics merchandise. Customers who want to use rewards across Fanatics Casino and Fanatics’ retail platforms should register with the same email address and follow the emailed instructions to combine their FanCash accounts.
FanCash cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another customer. FanCash earned through betting generally expires 365 days after a player’s most recent qualifying earning activity, while promotional rewards may expire sooner.
