Caesars Sportsbook has introduced Injury Protection and a new Squad Builder game for football season while promoting its Flex Parlay feature.

Pennsylvania customers can access the additions through the Caesars Sportsbook app. The features change how certain player props and parlays are settled, while Squad Builder offers bonus bets and profit boosts through an in-app game.

Caesars announced the changes in a Sept. 9 release introducing its “Had Some Work Done” advertising campaign featuring former NFL linebacker Clay Matthews. The spots will run nationally across television, digital, and social media channels throughout football season.

Injury Protection covers eligible player props

Caesars’ Injury Protection is automatically included at no additional cost with eligible player prop wagers. Bettors do not need to activate the feature, although it must appear as available for the selected market before the wager is submitted.

If a covered player is injured and ruled out within the applicable period, Caesars will refund the stake on an eligible straight prop bet. Wagers that do not meet the requirements will be settled under the sportsbook’s standard rules.

The process differs when the affected player prop is part of a parlay. Rather than refunding the entire ticket, Caesars may remove that selection and recalculate the wager using the remaining legs. Those selections must still produce the required results for the adjusted parlay to pay out.

Coverage does not extend to every injury or player prop. The eligible markets and applicable injury periods may differ by sport and wager type. Customers should confirm that Injury Protection is displayed in the bet slip before placing a wager.

Flex parlays allow one or two losing selections

A flex parlay can return a payout when one or two legs of an eligible multi-selection wager lose. The number of selections that can miss depends on the size and structure of the parlay.

Once a customer adds enough qualifying selections, the flex parlay option appears in the bet slip. It is not applied automatically, meaning bettors must activate the feature before placing the wager. If the option does not appear, that particular combination of markets is not eligible.

Activating the feature updates the odds and displays the possible return for each qualifying outcome. The bet slip also shows how many selections must win for the wager to produce a payout, allowing customers to review the complete structure before submitting it.

Caesars also permits customers to place eligible flex parlays with bonus bets and Caesars Reward Credits.

Squad Builder offers share of $50K weekly Bonus Bet prize

Squad Builder is a free-to-play weekly game available through the Caesars Sportsbook app. Participants open packs from Tuesday through Sunday to reveal seven assigned NFL players and their corresponding prop selections.

A complete roster includes one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, and one flex player. Users receive one reveal per day except Thursday, when two players are revealed.

Participants whose seven assigned props all hit qualify for an equal share of the weekly $50,000 prize, which is awarded in bonus bets. Mystery rewards, including bonus bets and profit boosts, may also be awarded for three, four, five, or six successful props. The required thresholds and rewards can vary by week and participant.

Customers who miss a daily reveal cannot recover it and will be unable to complete a seven-player roster that week. However, they can continue opening subsequent packs and may still qualify for mystery rewards.

The promotion began Sept. 8 and will run through Feb. 14. No purchase or real-money wager is required. Rewards are generally credited the following Tuesday and expire after seven days unless otherwise specified.
