BetMGM’s online casino business generated $483 million in third-quarter net revenue, up 6% from a year earlier. Average monthly active casino customers also increased 2%, as the operator continued expanding its game selection.
The company’s Oct. 13 business update highlights live-streamed slots in Pennsylvania that let customers play physical machines remotely.
The feature adds another option at BetMGM Casino Pennsylvania, alongside recent branded releases including Game of Thrones and The Traitors Faithful Riches.
Online casino generates 68% of BetMGM’s quarterly revenue
BetMGM’s quarterly online casino net revenue increased by $29 million, rising from $454 million in the third quarter of 2025 to $483 million this year. Casino net revenue per active customer increased 4%, alongside the growth in monthly players.
Its total net revenue across all business segments reached $710 million, a 7% increase over the same three-month period in 2025. Online casino supplied approximately 68% of that total, with the remainder coming from sports betting and other operations.
Through the first nine months of 2026, BetMGM’s online casino net revenue totaled $1.45 billion, up 8% from $1.35 billion during the same period in 2025.
Companywide adjusted EBITDA rose 112% to $86 million. Those earnings cover BetMGM’s broader operations, and the update does not break out Pennsylvania revenue or show how much individual games contributed to its results.
Across its Borgata business, average daily active customers were 28% higher in the third quarter than in February, before the brand refresh.
Live slots bring physical casino machines to online players
Live-streamed slots let Pennsylvania customers play physical casino machines remotely. Pennsylvania online players have been able to watch live dealers handle cards and run games through live video feeds, while streamed slots apply a similar connection to a physical machine.
BetMGM previously detailed its approach through an August partnership with Awager, an Aristocrat company. While the August partnership announcement focused on the New Jersey launch, BetMGM’s Oct. 13 update also lists Pennsylvania among the markets where the company now offers a live-streamed slots experience.
“At BetMGM, we’re committed to bringing new and innovative gaming experiences to our players,” said Rob Passerino, the operator’s director of gaming, in the August announcement.
Game of Thrones and The Traitors expand Pennsylvania’s game lineup
BetMGM’s other recent additions offer a different kind of familiarity, using television franchises as the basis for online games. The company called its Game of Thrones rollout across the US, Ontario, and Alberta its most successful game franchise launch.
Blueprint Gaming’s Game of Thrones slot is available to Pennsylvania players through BetMGM. It uses six reels and 4,096 ways to win, with cash collection features tied to the houses of Westeros and an Iron Throne Spins bonus round.
Another September addition, The Traitors Faithful Riches, launched on both BetMGM Casino and Borgata Online in Pennsylvania. Developed by Games Global, it offers a five-reel, four-row layout with 1,024 ways to win, bonus spins, and features inspired by the reality competition. The slot debuted Sept. 17, timed to the premiere of the television franchise’s new season.
“Television and movie IP is a key pillar of our content strategy,” said Oliver Bartlett, BetMGM’s senior vice president of gaming, in the September announcement.
The Traitors Faithful Riches is the first of several planned games based on the franchise. BetMGM’s agreement with All3Media International covers slots, table games and other casino formats, leaving room for future releases beyond the initial slot.
