Pennsylvania players get two logins for the same new slot this week.
That’s fitting for a game named after a show where the whole point is deciding who gets voted out for betraying everybody else.
The Traitors Faithful Riches went live this week on both BetMGM Casino and Borgata Online in Pennsylvania, timed to the premiere of “The Traitors: New Blood” on NBC Thursday night. The spinoff swaps the flagship show’s celebrity cast for 22 civilians chasing a prize pot worth up to $250,000. BetMGM Casino built its slot to land the same night the show did.
Pennsylvania is one of four states where the game arrived this week, alongside New Jersey, Michigan, and West Virginia. The same slot showed up a day later in Alberta and Ontario under a separate announcement aimed at BetMGM’s Canadian audience.
What Pennsylvania Players Are Actually Getting
The title plays on the show’s own split. Traitors plot in secret. Faithfuls try to catch them before the prize money runs out.
The Traitors Faithful Riches runs on a 5×4 reel layout with 1,024 ways to win. It’s built by developer Games Global under an exclusive license from All3Media International, part of Banijay Entertainment. The Traitors Bonus, bonus spins, and a feature called The Traitor Feature lean on the same hooks that made the show a hit: secret alliances, hidden rewards, and a jackpot that plays like the payoff for outlasting everybody else at the table.
Oliver Bartlett, senior vice president of gaming at BetMGM, said:
“The Traitors has captivated millions with its blend of suspense and strategy … Television and movie IP is a key pillar of our content strategy, and our partnership with All3Media gives us an opportunity to build a lasting iGaming franchise.”
BetMGM Has Done This Before Too
This is not the operator’s first trip to reality television for a slot machine.
Not by half. BetMGM cut a similar deal in March. The operator partnered with developer Jogo Global and Banijay Rights to launch a run of Survivor-themed games, with a commitment to build at least 10 titles together. The Traitors deal runs through a different Banijay arm and a different developer. That said, the playbook reads the same: license a hit reality format, hand it to a studio, ship the first title to land on premiere night.
BetMGM now holds exclusive rights to build slots, table games, and non-traditional casino games based on The Traitors. The company said it plans more titles across multiple casino categories and gameplay formats. Terms of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
Pennsylvania players can find The Traitors Faithful Riches live now on both BetMGM Casino and Borgata Online, playable at real money stakes alongside an existing library of more than 7,000 games.
Survivor got a franchise deal in March. The Traitors got one this week.
Betrayal, it turns out, plays just as well on a reel as it does on television.
