Parx Casino finished second in a new Casinos.com ranking of America’s “luckiest” casino resorts. The result gives the Pennsylvania casino property a high-profile spot in a national review-based study.
How the Top Casinos Ranked
Casinos.com reviewed more than 830,000 Tripadvisor reviews for the analysis. Those reviews covered 108 casino resorts across the country. The study tracked 20 winning- and rewards-related terms, including “jackpot,” “winning,” “bonus,” “profit,” “hit big,” and “cashed out.”
Here is the list of the top 3 casinos:
- Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa ranked No. 1 for the second straight year.
- Parx placed No. 2.
- South Point Hotel Casino & Spa in Las Vegas came in third.
No Las Vegas Strip property made the top 10.
The source article said Native American tribal casinos accounted for five of the top 10 spots. It also said Seminole Hard Rock Tampa had about 47% of its Tripadvisor reviews reference winning-related experiences.
That Florida property was also highlighted for scale. In 2024, it reportedly paid more than 2,000 jackpots worth at least $1,200 every day. It also distributed more than $2 billion in winnings for the third consecutive year.
What the Ranking Means for Pennsylvania
Parx Casino was the highest-ranked in-state property mentioned in the study. It placed ahead of many larger-name casino destinations. However, the ranking reflects reviewer language, not audited payout rates or official return-to-player data.
Casinos.com also noted that Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel in California posted the study’s highest raw “luck rate.” Nearly 65% of its reviews mentioned winning- or rewards-related experiences.
For players, the ranking is best read as a measure of customer perception. It is not proof that one casino is objectively more likely to pay out than another. Pennsylvania casino visitors should gamble responsibly. “Luckiest” lists are entertainment, not a guarantee of results.
