Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is adding a new dining option for the fall. Old Original Nick’s Roast Beef is set to begin service at the property’s 10th Street Market starting Thursday.
According to a source report, the roast beef operator will be at Live! through the fall. That brings a recognizable local food brand inside the South Philadelphia property during the coming months.
Old Original Nick’s Roast Beef Will Keep a Multi-Day Schedule at Live!
The report said Old Original Nick’s Roast Beef will operate on this schedule at Live! Casino & Hotel:
- Thursday and Friday: 5 p.m. to midnight
- Saturday: noon to midnight
- Sunday: noon to 9 p.m.

Another Live!-Linked Food Event Is on the Calendar in South Philadelphia
The same roundup also noted that The Big Dill will hold a nine-hour pickle festival on Nov. 14 at Stateside Live! in South Philadelphia.
The event is scheduled for 1 to 9 p.m. Noon early entry is also available.
This festival will feature more than 50 vendors, 20 pickle brands serving samples, and more than 100 pickle varieties. Organizers are also aiming for 888 people dressed as pickles as part of a record attempt. A total of 1,200 ticket buyers are set to receive numbered costumes.
A short-term local food activation is arriving at 10th Street Market first. Another food-themed event under the broader Live! brand is already on the fall calendar in South Philadelphia.
