Live! Casino Pittsburgh is set to host a public car cruise in Hempfield on Sunday, adding a casino-linked event to this weekend’s entertainment calendar in Westmoreland County.

According to a TribLIVE Local weekend roundup, the Live! Casino Car Cruise will run from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Live! Casino Pittsburgh. Spectator admission is free, and the event is open to all ages.

For attendees planning to bring a vehicle, the roundup says the show is limited to cars from 1980 and earlier only. Registration is $15, payable in cash upon entry.

Westmoreland County weekend update

The Pennsylvania casino event was listed alongside several other Westmoreland weekend attractions, including a Richard Marx concert at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg, the opening of the Artist’s Choice Exhibition at Latrobe Art Center, a Beyond Purple performance at the Lamp Theatre in Irwin, and the free SummerSounds concert in Greensburg.

For Pennsylvania readers, the clearest takeaway is straightforward: this is a free public event for spectators at Live! Casino Pittsburgh, while participants entering eligible classic cars should expect a cash registration fee, and the 1980 model-year cutoff.

The next known date tied to the event is Sunday, Aug. 2, when the car cruise will run from noon through late afternoon.
