Gilbane Building has added Angela Fagnani as a business development professional in Philadelphia. The company announced the move while highlighting several recent Greater Philadelphia projects, including Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia.
Fagnani brings nearly 20 years of experience across real estate and construction. Her background includes market development, client acquisition, construction delivery, and asset management.

Fagnani’s sector experience spans health care, higher education, commercial, multifamily, senior living, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation.
According to Gilbane’s announcement, she will work with clients and industry partners in her new role. She will also help identify development opportunities.
Fagnani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Widener University. Gilbane also noted her community involvement through leadership and board activity with Women in Healthcare Philadelphia, the American Heart Association’s Hard Hats with Heart, the Lankenau Medical Center Foundation, and Kelly’s Kidz.
Live! Casino Philadelphia named among recent local projects
Gilbane said it has operated in Greater Philadelphia since 1985. In announcing Fagnani’s addition, the company pointed to several recent area projects:
