BetMGM has launched Ultimate Teams, a free-to-play football game that gives Pennsylvania NFL bettors opportunities to earn bonus bets and betting boosts throughout the NFL season.
BetMGM Sportsbook Pennsylvania customers can play once each weekday from Monday through Friday. Each play provides an NFL team and a point spread, allowing participants to build a five-team card over the course of the week.
Players can earn a prize as long as at least one of their teams covers the spread. If all five teams cover, they qualify for a share of the weekly $50,000 bonus-bet jackpot.
The free-to-play promotion began Sept. 7 and is scheduled to continue through Jan. 18, giving Pennsylvania football fans another way to follow NFL games each week without paying an entry fee.

How BetMGM Ultimate Teams works
Players can access Ultimate Teams through the Promotions section of their BetMGM account.
Each daily entry gives the player one NFL team and the point spread attached to that team. Customers who participate throughout the week can collect as many as five teams, with one added to their card each weekday.
The result of each selection is determined by whether that team covers its assigned spread. That means a team does not necessarily have to win its game for the selection to count. For example, a 3-point underdog could lose by fewer than three points and still cover.
Available prizes include bonus bets, odds boosts, parlay boosts, and same-game parlay boosts. Players do not need a perfect card to earn a prize, as BetMGM says a reward is available when at least one team covers.
Going five-for-five, however, gives players a chance at the main weekly prize available through Ultimate Teams. Anyone whose five teams all cover qualifies for a share of the $50,000 weekly bonus-bet jackpot.
Daily entry windows run Monday through Friday
Ultimate Teams has a separate entry period for each weekday, meaning customers need to return to the promotion each day if they want to collect all five teams.
Monday’s entry window runs from 5 p.m. through 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries are then available from midnight through 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Each eligible customer is limited to one play during each daily entry period. Each daily entry adds another team to the customer’s card for that week’s games.
Missing one of those windows does not prevent a customer from participating for the rest of the week or earning a prize. However, that player would finish with fewer than five teams and would not have the five successful selections required to qualify for the weekly jackpot.
Ultimate Teams prizes expire after 96 hours
Customers who earn a prize through Ultimate Teams will have a limited amount of time to use that reward before it expires.
BetMGM requires all prizes awarded through the promotion to be used on NFL markets within 96 hours. That applies to bonus bets, odds boosts, parlay boosts, and same-game parlay boosts earned through the game.
The NFL-only requirement means rewards from Ultimate Teams cannot be used on wagers involving other sports available through BetMGM. Players also have to use any reward before the 96-hour expiration period ends.
Pennsylvania players will be able to continue taking part in Ultimate Teams through Jan. 18. The final entry period is scheduled to close at 11:59 p.m. ET that day.
