BetMGM awarded $138.2 million in 2023 progressive jackpot slots, the most it’s ever handed out. Two players from Pennsylvania cashed jackpots of more than $1 million in 2023, along with several other notable wins from the state.
The operator is known for its generous jackpots, as the $138.2 million in prizes is a 32% year-over-year increase.

BetMGM awards Keystone State players $34.6 million in casino jackpots
Despite Pennsylvania being the most robust online casino market in the country, the Keystone State fell behind New Jersey and Michigan in terms of jackpot money. Here’s how the distribution of BetMGM jackpots shook out:

- New Jersey: $38.8 million
- Pennsylvania: $34.6 million
- Ontario: $6.1 million
- West Virginia: $5.4 million

BetMGM credits in-house games for online casino success
Exclusive PA slots only available to BetMGM and games created in-house accounted for more than half of the prize total last year. MGM Grand Millions and Bison Fury would qualify as such games.
