Eligible Pennsylvania Bachelors For Confirmed Eagles Fan Taylor Swift

Written By Corey Sharp on June 9, 2023
Taylor Swift, now single, could be interested in several PA bachelors also currently available.

Have you read the news lately? Taylor Swift is single. Swift and singer Matt Healy broke up after a month of dating. The two met in 2014, but did not date until years later.

Swift is Pennsylvania through and through. As one of the most famous and recognizable figures in the world, Swift hails from Reading, Pennsylvania, where she spent the first 13 years of her life before moving to Tennessee to pursue her music career.

Swift packed Lincoln Financial Field last month for three straight nights, and confirmed she’s an Eagles fan.

There have been rumors swirling about Swift’s next boyfriend. While the Swifties defend their icon at all costs, what could Swift’s next relationship look like?

Taylor Swift’s ties to Philadelphia and the Keystone State

While the Philadelphia sports complex is roughly 65 miles and more than an hour drive from Reading, there’s still only one option for a sports fan. That’s Philadelphia.

Swift recently confirmed that she’s an Eagles fan. During the first of her three sold out performances at Lincoln Financial Field, Swift put those rumors to rest. In her 2020 Gold Rush song, the lyrics “with my Eagles T-shirt hanging from the door,” had fans wondering if she was referring to the band or the football team. In an announcement to the crowd, Swift actually declared herself a Philadelphian, which is taking a step further:

“Guys, like, c’mon. I’m from Philly. Of course it’s the team,” she said, as the crowd went nuts.

The story became so big that even ESPN wrote about Swift’s Eagles fandom.

Isn’t it now funny how the Eagles traded for D’Andre Swift? There is no relation between D’Andre, who is actually from the city limits, attending St. Joseph’s Prep in high school, and Taylor. But since they share the same last name, the Swifties can act like they bought a Taylor Swift jersey, since she’s now a confirmed Eagles fan.

The Swifties looking for Swift to get with Jalen Hurts, look elsewhere, because our quarterback is locked up.

Taylor Swift might be a Phillies fan, too

It’s unclear if Swift is a Phillies fan, she’s never publicly announced it. However, no one can forget Swift’s national anthem performance before Game 3 of the 2008 World Series.

Swift’s rendition came just before 10 p.m. local time because of a 91-minute rain delay. The game ended at 1:47 a.m. after a Phillies walk-off win.

Swift was bursting onto the music scene as an 18-year-old in 2008. Phillies public address announcer, Dan Baker, introduced Swift as the national anthem performer singing for “her home team.” She didn’t deny it. (OK, maybe she couldn’t at that moment.)

Here’s the video of Swift singing the national anthem on Oct. 25, 2008. One of the top comments left on the video:

“Her version of the national anthem sounds like when war is over and everything’s finally in peace.”

That’s some high praise.

Eligible bachelors for Taylor Swift

The gossip is starting and rumors are swirling. That’s just how it is when you have 262 million followers on Instagram. The latest talks have Swift linked to Lakers guard Austin Reaves. Is it true? Who actually knows, but probably not.

Since Swift is back on the dating scene, are there some worthy bachelors that have ties to Pennsylvania? Let’s go through a few.

Christian Pulisic

One of the best soccer players in the country and well-known throughout the world, Christian Pulisic isn’t a tough sell for Swift. Pulisic is 24, which is on the young side as Swift is 33. I don’t know if Swift likes younger men. That’s a question for the Swifties.

Though Pulisic is young, he’s from Hershey, Pennsylvania. According to Google Maps, Hershey is roughly 50 miles away from Reading. The couple would be able to hit up holiday dinners at both families’ houses.

Tom Brady

Tom Brady is the exact opposite in age in comparison to Pulisic. Not saying 45 years old is old, but Brady is 21 years older than Pulisic. Again, I don’t know what Swift is into.

I do know that Brady is newly single since he announced his divorce to supermodel Gisele Bündchen after 13 years of marriage. Brady, now retired from the NFL, is single and has a lot of time on his hands.

If Swift and Brady got together, how often would the 2017 Super Bowl come up? Brady better not drop the ball on that one.

Bradley Cooper

Bradley Cooper is 48 years old, which is older than Brady. Cooper might be a reach, but he’s also from Pennsylvania. Cooper is from Jenkintown and is a diehard Eagles fan. He has been an Eagles fan all his life, and has been a guest in owner Jeff Lurie’s suite on multiple occasions, including the 2017 Super Bowl that Brady lost.

Michael B. Jordan

Michael B. Jordan is 36 years old, which is the closest in age to Swift. Jordan is a star of the Rocky spinoffs, Creed. There are already three Creed movies, in addition to the six Rocky films.

Jordan has spent time in Philadelphia and knows the area. He plays Apollo Creed’s son and knows Rocky. How cool is that?

Pete Davidson

I had to include Pete Davidson because who doesn’t this guy date? Davidson has dated Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale and Kim Kardashian, among many others.

Don’t be shocked if Pete already made his way into Swift’s DMs.

Swifties shut down Austin Reaves rumors

It appears as if the Austin Reaves speculation is fake. Anything to get a click, am I right?

While there was no proof of Swift and Reaves together, a Swiftie immediately shut the gossip down. Of course, with no real proof of her own, either.

This Twitter account revealed Swift had three tour dates in Chicago last weekend. How could she have made it to an Arkansas bar, where Swift and Reaves allegedly “met.” I sure as heck don’t know, but this Swiftie apparently knows Taylor’s routine.

“As long as Taylor is happy and having fun, I support it,” said the woman on Twitter.

Don’t mess with the Swifties.
