The Cordish Companies, owner of Live! Casino Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, has implemented Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) into its PA casinos.

QCI provides tools to help Live! Casino Philadelphia and Pittsburgh make more informed decisions moving forward. The Cordish Companies has made several technological investments in recent months.

Pennsylvania casinos deploy QCI platform

The Cordish Companies is also using the QCI platform at its Maryland location.

According to a press release, QCI provides the automation of operational tools that become a key part of the decision-making process of a gaming facility. The tools also allow for strategic discussions driven by accurate data models and industry-leading reports.

Tom Tuchschmidt, Vice President of Casino Relationship Marketing for Live! Casinos, made the following statement:

“Since we started using QCI earlier this year, I have found it to be a standout when it comes to Casino CRM programs. It provides some of the best centralized metrics for player worth, hotel profitability, free play reinvestment and more. My casino host engagement has been strong because they find QCI easy to navigate and helpful in executing their contact strategy with their VIP players. In addition, I find the dashboards incredibly helpful when delivering player analytics and host performance reports to our senior leadership.”

QCI is expected to have a big impact on Live! Casino Philadelphia and Pittsburgh over the next several months.

Live! Casino Pittsburgh experiencing pattern changes

Live! Casino Pittsburgh is closing in on its three-year anniversary in November. General manager, Sean Sullivan, told PlayPennsylvania in January that the casino is experiencing some attendance changes. Live! Casino Pittsburgh is not seeing as many “looki-loos,” which are visitors who stop into a new property, but won’t necessarily spend much money.

Now that Live! Pittsburgh is almost three years running, the average value per customer is starting to shift.

“As time moves forward, we’re seeing a core audience now,” Sullivan told PlayPennsylvania in March. “And what you see is the average investment in entertainment spend by the customer has gone up, but the number of customers slightly goes down.”

As Tuchschmidt said in his statement, the new QCI platform will help with player worth, which always seems to be evolving, especially for Live! Casino Pittsburgh.

Live! Casino Philadelphia also improving its online sector

It’s clear Live! Casino Philadelphia is attempting to enhance the customer experience for its retail guests and online players, as both go hand-in-hand.

Live! Casino Philadelphia’s online platform, PlayLive! Casino, recently struck a deal with new partner Aspire Global.

Aspire Global is delivering PlayLive! a full suite of online casino products and services, which include Player Account Management (PAM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) aggregation and data analytics.

It’ll now be much easier for Live! Casino Philadelphia to see the gaming behaviors of both its online and retail customers.

Rob Norton, President at Cordish Gaming Group, spoke about the importance of merging the digital and retail casino scene for customers:

“At Cordish Gaming Group, we pride ourselves on supplying players with a quality gaming experience, both online and offline. Through our PlayLive! brand, we’re able to provide players with real-life entertainment of a casino, on a digital scale. We are excited to take our iGaming offering to new heights in Pennsylvania, and NeoGames’ impressive portfolio matched our requirements to do so.”

The Cordish Companies has made serious investments in technology to take its platforms to the next level, especially in Pennsylvania.
