On May 9, 24 counties in Pennsylvania had some restrictions lifted and moved from the “red” to “yellow” phase. Gov. Tom Wolf announced in a press conference that 13 more counties would move to the yellow phase next week. Most counties in the early stages of reopening are located in the northwest and north-central part of the state.

Even though Pennsylvanians are still in the red or yellow phase, they could be rolling in green soon. The Powerball jackpot is up to $68 million with a $55.6 million cash option.
