On Friday, golf courses, marinas, guided fishing trips and privately-owned campgrounds can reopen in Pennsylvania. It will give cooped up residents a chance to get some air while still adhering to social distance guidelines.
Pennsylvanians can also reel in a prize without even getting in the water. The Powerball jackpot is up to $51 million with a $41.9 million cash option.

Recent Powerball winners
The winning numbers for Wednesday, April 29 were 2 – 20 – 49 – 61 – 67 and the powerball was 20. The power play was 2x.
One player matched all five white balls to win $1 million but they did not add the $1 multiplier to the ticket to double their prize.
Six players matched four of the five white balls and the powerball, plus they added $1 multiplier to take home $100,000.
Three players in PA matched four of five white balls and purchased the powerplay to win $200.
On April 27, “Joe B” from Pueblo, Colorado, claimed his two $1 million Powerball prizes. His numbers hit on March 25 when he bought a few Powerball plays in the morning at 7-Eleven, then stopped and bought a few more plays in the evening at Loaf N’ Jug.
Lottery implements changes
Sales have slipped since the coronavirus pandemic forced the closure of many lotto retailers. It has meant temporary changes to jackpot amounts which reset to $20 million, instead of $40 million, each time they are hit.
Also, jackpots now increase each drawing based on sales and interest rates, with no minimum increase from drawing to drawing.
