For the last drawing which occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 29, the winning numbers were 2 – 7 – 11 – 17 – 32 with the red Powerball of 11. ShopRite located at 5005 Edgmont Avenue, Brookhaven in Delaware County, earns an additional $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The winning ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn and the red Powerball. Typically, a winner at this level is worth $50,000. However, this ticket tacked on the $1 Power Play option, which tripled the prize to $150k.
In Pennsylvania alone, almost 112,000 other PA Lottery Powerball tickets were winners in this drawing. Of that amount, almost 24,000 tickets purchased the Power Play and 10,400 tickets purchased Double Play.
