Two NH Powerball tickets score $3 million total
For the last Powerball drawing on Saturday, the winning numbers were 1 – 5 – 29 – 54 – 62 with a red Powerball of 3 and a Power Play multiplier of 2X.
Two winners were sold in New Hampshire. One ticket out of Manchester was worth $1 million sold at the aptly named Winners Corner located on Mast Road.
Plus, the other $2 million ticket sold was an online ticket purchased through the NH iLottery.
According to Maura McCann, the Director of Marketing for the New Hampshire Lottery:
“For an additional $1 per play, the Power Play feature can multiply non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times. The multiplier number is randomly selected just before each drawing. Last night’s Power Play number was 2, yet when matching five of the winning numbers and not the Powerball number with a power played ticket, regardless as to the Power Play number chosen, it becomes a $2 million prize.”
