The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) approved manufacturing licenses for two online casino companies to operate in the Keystone State this week. Anaxi and Games Global are the newest game developers the PGCB welcomed to the state.
Anaxi, which might sound familiar, is an arm of the Aristocrat brand, which has released exciting slot titles such as Buffalo. Both Anaxi and Games Global are expected to partner with popular PA online casinos.
Anaxi already had presence in Keystone State online casino market
Anaxi is not a stranger to the Pennsylvania online casino space. Since Anaxi is part of Aristocrat, which is already a licensed online casino manufacturer in the state according to PGCB Director of Communications, Doug Harbach, the license granted at the meeting appeared to be a formality.
The Buffalo slot is manufactured by Anaxi, which launched on BetMGM Casino PA in September 2023. Now, multiple platforms carry the game.
Buffalo is a popular retail slot that Anaxi had recreated into an online game. According to the Eilers-Fantini report last month, the title is the most popular on the market.
When BetMGM unveiled Buffalo, Chief Revenue Officer, Matt Prevost, was complimentary of Anaxi. He said back in September:
“Anaxi captured the fast-paced elements of Buffalo which players love and are now able to experience in the palm of their hands.”
Anaxi has many more games in its arsenal besides Buffalo. According to its website, the company promotes the following slots:
- Miss Kitty
- Pompeii Rising Jackpots
- Wild Wild Samurai
It remains to be seen whether these games will appear among popular PA slots soon. However, Anaxi, with the help of Aristocrat, is expected to be a big player in the manufacturing space.

Games Global plans to launch Keystone State online casino titles
While Games Global might not be familiar with Pennsylvania players, the company’s game repertoire should not be taken lightly.
