The Cordish Gaming Group is having the Westmoreland Make It Matter Regional Conference at its Live! Casino Pittsburgh property this May.

The conference will help regional employers, managers, human resource professionals and executive leaders:

  • Learn the importance of diversity and strategically managing inclusion as a critical business imperative.
  • Discover how to drive transformational performance and growth in your organization.
  • Receive tools to support diversity and inclusion and clearly establish the role of each employee in achieving inclusion and high performance.

Sean Sullivan, Board Member of the Westmoreland Diversity Coalition and General Manager of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, said in a press release emailed to PlayPennsylvania:

“The Cordish Companies has a long history of investing in sustainable and inclusive projects in the communities they serve. Supporting this conference and other initiatives through the Live! in the Community program will go a long way to promote growth and vibrancy in our region.”

Pennsylvania will be well-represented at the conference.

Deputy Chief Counsel of Administration and Director of Diversity for Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), Mozelle Daniels, will speak at the event. Todd Snovel, Chief Leadership and Engagement Officer of County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, is also scheduled to address the audience.

And, several more guest speakers are slated to attend the conference in May.
