Yet again, no one hit the Mega Millions jackpot.

So tonight’s drawing for Friday, June 26, climbs to $44 million, or a $34.5 million lump sum cash payout.

Recently, the June 9 Mega Millions jackpot struck for an eye-popping $410 million. A married couple from Glendale, Arizona, stepped forward to claim the jackpot while remaining anonymous. The couple is age 70 and 63, and hand-picks their own numbers based on their loved ones’ birthdays.

According to a Mega Millions news release, one of the winners stated:

It’s an amazing feeling, and this is proof that you can’t win if you don’t play. I feel lighter now, and it’s incredible to know that there will never be another bill that I can’t pay.
