It’s Mega Millions drawing day again. This Friday Feb. 4 drawing has a $22 million jackpot up for grabs. The lump sum cash option for a lucky winner would gross them $15 million before taxes.
In Tuesday’s drawing, a ticket sold in CT matched the first five white balls. With the 4x Megaplier that was drawn, that ticket won a prize of $4 million. To have a prize multiplied, players pay an extra $1 for the Megaplier option when buying their ticket.

Bucks County lucky streak continues
While the prize wasn’t as large this time, Bucks County had another jackpot winner on PA Lottery’s Cash 5 With Quick Cash game on Feb 2. Ticket Town in Morrisville sold the winning ticket, which will pay out $200,000 to the lucky winner. The store will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
In a two-week period, there have now been four major wins out of Bucks County. A recent winner of the same game took home a $1.85 million jackpot on Jan. 27. A few days earlier on Jan. 24, a Wawa store in Bensalem sold the first ever Top Prize-winning $5 Million Money Maker Scratch-Off.
Last but not least, a Powerball ticket sold in Bucks County hit a $2 million payday in the Jan. 20 drawing. Without the Power Play option added to the ticket, the prize would have been $1 million.
Of course, all PA counties get their fair share of winners at various levels. The PA Lottery paid out $231,726,708 in prizes in January across all counties. Scratch-Off winners are listed on the Winners section of PALottery.com
