It shouldn’t be surprising that online casinos in Pennsylvania continue to innovate. When live dealer games first launched, it was thought to be the next best thing. Now, online operators are starting to offer players game show titles off of these options.

Evolution Gaming, which powers live dealer games for several PA online casinos, is bringing Red Door Roulette to platforms in the Keystone State. Red Door Roulette is one of multiple game shows to hit the online casino market. With the expansion of live dealer games, it’s possible game show content could be a massive hit.

PA online casinos to offer Evolution Red Door Roulette

Red Door Roulette is one of the newest games Evolution Gaming has released for online casino operators. It brings together concepts from Lightning Roulette, another popular game show available on PA platforms, and the hit game show Crazy Time.

Evolution has multiple variations of roulette games supplied to operators in Pennsylvania, including Lightning Roulette. Todd Haushalter, Evolution’s Chief Product Officer, spoke about the advancement of Red Door Roulette in a company press release:

“At Evolution we changed the game forever when we launched Lightning Roulette. Since then we have been evolving the live casino space with many more live game shows. We’ve seen a lot of players crossover between Roulette and our live game shows and, in the process, learned a whole lot more about game making and what excites today’s players. We believe it’s time now for a pure Roulette game show with a bonus round and we are firing the biggest cannon we have–the excitement of the Crazy Time bonus round within a modern take on the traditional Roulette game. Players all over the world know the famous Red Door that leads to the magical world of the Crazy Time bonus, and now they can have it in Roulette.”

How to play Red Door Roulette on Pennsylvania online casinos

Red Door Roulette starts with an initial slot round with a minimum of three and as many as 15 bonus numbers per game. There is a potential for players to access the red door and head into the Crazy Time bonus game.

To up the ante, there are random multipliers of up to 20x and the potential to multiply the Crazy Time wheel multipliers many times over. A player can trigger the Crazy Time bonus round by placing a winning bet on a bonus number that appears on the roulette betting grid.

If a multiplier was applied to the bonus number, then all Crazy Time wheel multipliers are multiplied accordingly on the 64-segment Crazy Time wheel.

The future of live dealer games on online casinos PA

Live dealer games are one of the more innovative ideas to come across Pennsylvania online casinos. To be able to sit at home, or anywhere, and play with an actual person dealing online is truly remarkable. Players can scour the following operators to play Evolution Gaming’s live dealer titles:

Blackjack is the most popular live dealer game on Pennsylvania apps. However, Evolution Gaming has found ways to expand on what it offers. It provides many varieties of blackjack and roulette and even includes craps, baccarat and Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em.

Now, Evolution Gaming and online operators are starting to supply more and more game options, including Hybrid Dealer games and game shows. BetMGM has Lightning Roulette and Football Studio as examples of game shows already available. These include a live dealer in a game show-like studio, sound effects and graphics such as lightning bolts.

Playing live dealer blackjack on an app is rather straightforward. Playing from experience, there is one dealer and the game is played on one screen. The idea for players to be taken into other screens with the combination of live dealers, slot machines and engaging graphics can enhance the experience for players with game show options. While older generation players might like traditional gameplay such as blackjack, the younger and overall more modern generation wants more.

Haushalter added the importance of these game show games for the current player:

“We view it as our duty to make time-honoured classics like Roulette and Blackjack into games that the next generation and beyond will enjoy playing. Modern players expect bigger pays, more excitement, and more action.”

The new wave of gaming appears to be game show games and Hybrid Dealer games, where there seems to be more action for players.
