Eagles open season with two straight primetime games
The Birds are a captivating team with high expectations and plenty of captivating personalities, despite the retirement of Jason Kelce.
Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and AJ Brown are enough to attract eyeballs, which is why the NFL scheduled two night games to start the season for the Eagles.

“For home games, we always see an extra surge of guests before and after the game since we’re a great place to pre-game or to, hopefully, continue the celebration,” Newman said. “Our guests are passionate about the Eagles and we expect to be very busy all day and night on Monday.”
Live! Casino Philadelphia has been home to some great sports atmospheres. In 2022, the Phillies’ run to the World Series coupled with the Eagles’ undefeated start to the season generated “pure chaos” at the property.
A few months later, the Eagles’ run to the Super Bowl also brought an electric atmosphere.

The South Philadelphia casino, located steps away from The Linc, takes most bets on game day. And to no surprise, most of the bets came in on the Eagles.
“Since the Eagles won and covered the spread, the sportsbook took a big hit, but that’s just the price we have to pay for our beloved Birds to succeed,” Newman said.
The property is expecting a similar, if not bigger, handle total to come in on the Monday night home-opener. And, of course, the majority of the money is likely to back the Eagles.
The Eagles are in the top five with the shortest odds to win the Super Bowl. The fans are showing their faith.
“Our biggest liability is also our favorite one, the Eagles,” Newman said. “Whether they are a Super Bowl contender with short odds as they’ve been the past few years, or a massive underdog as they’ve been in previous years, people will always find a reason to be on the Birds.”
The Lions and Texans are next two biggest liabilities for Live! Philadelphia, which would result in “substantial payouts,” according to Newman. Hurts is the casino’s biggest liability to win NFL MVP.
Promotions during NFL season
Live! Casino Philadelphia is holding multiple promos during the Eagles’ season this year.
The “Pick Your Perk” promotion occurs on each Sunday in September. The first 100 guests to place a parlay of $100+ (at even odds or greater) are eligible to win prizes such as an Amazon Gift Card, a year-long subscription to NFL Sunday Ticket and more.
