The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) approved the online casino license for Roxor Gaming on Wednesday. The online casino manufacturing company had been operating in the Keystone State since December after the PGCB granted interim authorization.

Roxor Gaming is now under the Aristocrat umbrella, which PA online casinos have worked with plenty in the past.

Roxor Gaming officially licensed in Keystone State online casino market

An online casino manufacturing company is able to operate in Pennsylvania under interim authorization. During that phase, the PGCB conducts a full investigation of the company to see if everything checks out.

The PGCB gave Roxor Gaming permission to enter the PA market under interim authorization last December. The board announced at its latest monthly meeting that Roxor Gaming is now fully licensed in the Keystone State after a background check had been completed.

Roxor Gaming has more than 150 online casino games in its arsenal, including the following popular titles:

  • Secrets of the Phoenix
  • Double Bubble
  • Tiki Island
  • Paper Wins

The company, which is based in London and founded in 2019, is expected to be a solid contributor for online operators. The online casino market produced $189.3 million in revenue last month, a slight decline from the previous reports.

Aristocrat’s presence grows in Pennsylvania with Roxor Gaming

Roxor Gaming announced a year ago it had been acquired by Aristocrat, another game developer that is licensed in Pennsylvania. It had been a long process as the acquisition had been made public since September 2022.

Anaxi, which is also owned by Aristocrat, received an online casino license from the PGCB last month.

Aristocrat is a huge player in the Pennsylvania market with three entities operating in the state. Anaxi CEO, Mitchell Bowen, said in a press release last February on Roxor Gaming:

“We’re thrilled to welcome Roxor to Anaxi and the broader Aristocrat group. With our ambition to be the leading gaming platform for the regulated online RMG industry, the addition of Roxor to our team is an exciting and important step forward. The Roxor team is exceptionally talented, and we look forward to growing together.”

Aristocrat has already made a huge impact on the Pennsylvania online casino industry. Through Anaxi, the company launched Buffalo, an exciting retail slot turned online, with BetMGM Casino PA. Here are additional operators that carry the title:

According to the Eilers-Fantini report in December, Buffalo is the most popular within the market.

Roxor Gaming appears to be in good hands with Aristocrat as it continues to expand its reach in the state.
