Close-up of a slot machine. Keystone State casinos reported the largest jackpot wins for visitors last month, including a $92,000 award for a lucky customer.

No guest hit a jackpot larger than $100,000 in April at Pennsylvania casinos last month. The largest win was highlighted by a customer winning more than $92,000 on a slot at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh.

It’s rare that a casino in Pennsylvania that reports jackpots to PlayPennsylvania did not have a six-figure winner,  especially compared to March jackpots. Nonetheless, properties across the state still paid visitors generous jackpots.

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh guest accounts for largest jackpot

A Rivers Casino Pittsburgh visitor pulled a lucky spin last month, cashing out for $92,856 on the Heart Throb – Lightning Cash slot. The casino’s other two big slot wins included:

  • $71,695 playing Buffalo Link
  • $61,017 playing High Stakes – Lightning Cash

The casino reported a trio of table games players winning large prizes, too. Those include:

  • $67,740 playing Blazing 7’s Blackjack
  • $36,700 playing Three Card Poker
  • $10,416 playing Three Card Poker

Throughout April, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh awarded 25 jackpots of $20,000 or higher to guests.

Rivers Casino Philadelphia distributes more than $1 million in prizes

Rivers Casino Philadelphia handed out a lot more smaller jackpots. To be exact, the property tallied 59 jackpots of $10,000 or more, with 14 of them being $20,000 or higher.

Rivers Casino Philadelphia did report three slot winners of more than $40,000. The three largest include the following, all on Ultimate X Poker slot:

  • $60,300
  • $54,000
  • $40,100

Another lucky player placed a $3 bet on Buffalo Grand, earning them $22,000.

On Tuesday, April 16, an unlucky poker player experienced a bad beat at the right time. During a $1-$2 no-limit Texas Hold’em game, a player holding a nine-high straight flush was beaten by a jack-high straight flush, which triggered the $50,000 bad beat jackpot.

The “losing hand” received the largest portion of the jackpot, $20,000, while the player with the higher straight flush secured $15,000. Each of the six other players at the table received $2,500.
