Rivers Casino Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have introduced a new feature to their Rush Rewards program: Gift & Go. This service provides players with an alternative to traditional loyalty rewards, allowing them to select free gifts directly from the slot machine they are playing on.
Through Gift & Go, Rivers players benefit from an additional way to spend the loyalty points they earn through Rush Rewards. The gifts come from a variety of leading online retailers.
Gift & Go’s integrates with Konami’s Synkros casino operating system. According to the Gift & Go website, the company is already working with operators such as Hard Rock Casino and Light & Wonder.
Cliff Ehrlich, COO of Rush Street Gaming, said in a statement:

It’s a seamless and effective way for Rivers Casino to show appreciation to our loyal guests.”
How the gifting process works
Gift & Go is partnering with Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady in New York, and waiting for regulatory approval for locations in Virginia and Chicago. This rewards program is the first of its kind at a Pennsylvania casino.
When redeeming a gift, there’s a QR code on the slot machine, that presumably takes you to a website with gifting options. Customers are given two choices:
- Easier Experience: Redeem directly at slot machine
- Home Delivery: Your gift is sent directly to your home
Gift & Go urges all customers to visit the Rush Rewards Players Club to ensure that shipping information is up-to-date. The promotion does not deliver to PO boxes.
Rivers has already reported increased player satisfaction and higher engagement levels. Joe Hall, Co-CEO of Gift & Go, believes this is a cutting-edge way to award customers:

For those who choose home delivery, Gift & Go is powered by Amazon Prime. The company is planning to expand to other casinos as 2025 marches on.
