Fox Bet Offers Big Odds Boost for Wentz And Thursday Night Football

Suffering from a rash of injuries and self-inflicted wounds, the Philadelphia Eagles sit at 1-2. Heading into a Thursday Night Football showdown at Lambeau Field versus the Green Bay Packers, the Eagles could use a boost.

They got one when wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey did not appear on the most recent injury report. He looks to be returning to action after a one-game absence.

Sports bettors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey got a boost, too. Fox Bet is offering PA NFL bettors to double their money in the biggest odds boost ever by the newest online sportsbook in Pennsylvania. All new players can double their money if Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz throws a touchdown on Thursday.

The odds are boosted to +100, which means a $25 winning wager results in $25 in winnings.

Fox Bet Wentz promo details

The usual odds for Wentz to throw a touchdown is -400. With the odds boost, it will be +100. That means a $20 wager would normally yield just a $5 profit. The odds boost produces a profit of $20 instead.

Wentz has passed for a touchdown in all three games so far this season.

Details of Fox Bet’s promotion for Thursday Night Football are:

  • Up to $25 max bet
  • Offers works in conjunction with the regular welcome offer
  • Available from Sept. 25 12 EST to Sept. 26 8:20 EST

Eagles need a prime-time performance by Wentz

Philadelphia is coming off a 27-24 at home to the Detroit Lions. Wentz was one of the few areas of blame in the defeat which featured fumbles, offensive pass interference penalties, and seven dropped passes.

Dallas Goedert, nagged by a calf injury, was not listed on the most recent injury report. Wide receiver DeSean Jackson remains on the shelf with an abdomen injury.

To win at Lambeau Field, the Eagles will likely need Wentz to toss at least one touchdown. He almost singlehandedly willed his banged-up band of Birds to wins during Week 2 in Atlanta and last week versus the Lions.

The Packers’ much-improved defense has only surrendered 35 points this season (the second least in the NFL).

Other options for bet boost

Fox Bet lists the Packers as four-point favorites with the over/under set at 46. The moneyline has the Eagles (+170) and the Packers (-200)

Here are some other Bet Boosts:

  • Green Bay -4.5 (-100) boosted to +100
  • Zach Ertz to score a TD (+125) boosted to +175
  • Aaron Rodgers to NOT throw a TD (+300) boosted to +350
  • Geronimo Allison to score a TD and have more than 70.5 receiving yards (+400) boosted to +500
  • Eagles to win and Nelson Agholor to score a TD (+450) boosted to +550
