Until pretty recently, customers could redeem Crowns for bonus bets on DraftKings Sportsbook, bonus play on DraftKings Casino, or entries into DraftKings’ daily fantasy contests. That’s still the case, but a new DraftKings Dynasty Rewards program represents a massive expansion.
In a new offering that includes hundreds of different ways to enjoy perks for play, DraftKings now boasts one of the most robust loyalty programs in the gambling industry. Gamblers who are part of brick-and-mortar casino rewards programs will recognize many of the elements at the online casino and sportsbook.
What is DraftKings Dynasty Rewards?
DraftKings customers are familiar with Crowns. Those are essentially “points” that they accrue for every play they make across the entire library of DraftKings products. Those haven’t changed.
What has changed, and in a big way, is the variety and volume of experiences and items players can redeem them for. There are also new ways to earn Crowns as well, including making purchases in the DraftKings Marketplace.
DraftKings has introduced a store and tier statuses. Like with most traditional casino programs, the higher your tier, the better the perks. Additionally, the more Crowns you accumulate, the better the experiences and prizes you can acquire through the store. Examples include:

- Electronics
- Fashion accessories
- Fitness gear
- Outdoor equipment
- Toys
- Travel accommodations
In addition to the wealth of options in the store, there are the perks that you earn as you are building up the Crowns necessary to get what you want. Your tier status determines how sweet those get.
DraftKings introduces five tier statuses with amazing perks
All Crowns earned within calendar years (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31) count toward your tier status, even if you redeem them. They reset each New Year’s Day, however. Once you reach a new tier status, you’ll enjoy the perks associated with that status for not only the remainder of that year but the next year as well.
All users start out at the Bronze level and ascend to Silver as soon as they accumulate 25,000 Crowns within a year. The other three tier statuses are Gold, Diamond, and Onyx. The perks really start at Silver with an achievement bonus and build from there.
At the Silver level, customers get a 10% Crowns bonus each month. Silver tier members also get exclusive access to free-to-enter contests, giveaways, and promotions. Should you get to 125,000 Crowns in a year’s time, you’ll get all the Silver perks, another achievement bonus, and your monthly bonus doubles.
Diamond benefits include a 30% monthly bonus and invitations to exclusive events. At the Onyx level, customers enjoy a 40% monthly bonus and a VIP host dedicated just for each user. Diamond status requires at least 500,000 Crowns and Onyx status demands a million Crowns within a calendar year.
While this is an impressive array of benefits, it’s still important to remember to gamble responsibly. Chasing rewards with no regard for your budget is a poor play. At the same time, while staying within your limits, it doesn’t hurt to get rewarded. DraftKings has just elevated that experience for all its customers.
