Philadelphia is running a $250 buy-in multi-flight event Dec. 6-10. With six flights to pick from, this event comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000.

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh Bad Beat Jackpot hits for over $900,000
At Rivers Casino Pittsburgh on Nov. 28, eight poker players experienced an early Christmas surprise as the Bad Beat Jackpot hit at an impressive $905,622. The jackpot was triggered when one player holding four aces was bested by another boasting a royal flush.
The “loser” of the hand secured $362,250, while the “winner” earned $271,686. The remaining six players each received $45,281. Notably, Scott Thompson and Brent Enos, both from Pennsylvania, played pivotal roles in this captivating jackpot, with Thompson holding the four aces and Enos securing the royal flush.
The general manager at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, Bud Green, commented on another jackpot at the property. He said in a press release:
“We are unexpectedly and happily becoming a national bad beat jackpot hotspot. Congratulations to our winning guests and to our Rivers Pittsburgh Poker Room Team Members for doing a terrific job.”
This latest windfall follows the casino’s 2022 achievement when it set a US record with a $1.2 million Bad Beat payout.
