Caesars Entertainment is stepping up its Pennsylvania online casino offerings by opening a new, dedicated, Caesars-branded live dealer studio in Philadelphia for the exclusive use of its players. The new studio will provide live dealer games for both Caesars Palace and Horseshoe Casino in the Keystone State.
The operator sees an opportunity to invest in live dealer games, which are an integral part of online casinos in Pennsylvania. Through its partnership with Evolution Gaming, the live dealer lobby is going to resemble the renowned Las Vegas gaming floor for players.
What players can expect as Caesars opens live dealer studio
The gambling company operates two effective platforms in the Keystone State, which include Caesars Palace and the newly minted Horseshoe Casino. Customers using both platforms are going to see the effects of the new live dealer studio.
In addition to the Las Vegas feel, the new studio is going to provide the following:
- Five blackjack tables
- VIP-exclusive blackjack table
- One roulette table
- One baccarat table
Matt Sunderland, the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer, said in a statement:
“Creating a fully customized live dealer studio with our partners at Evolution has heightened the user experience on our online casino platforms by providing a Las Vegas Strip-style experience directly in the palm of our players’ hands.
“We’ve taken inspiration from the iconic designs at Caesars Palace to complete this world-class studio in Pennsylvania, from the legendary Julius Caesar statue down to flooring patterns and wall coverings at the destination. The result is an aesthetically unmatched live dealer experience that pays homage to our renowned brand.”
What the new live dealer studio looks like for players
Customers logging into the Caesars Palace app are going to see the ‘Caesars Live Studio’ at the top of the screen.
A large square displays a running video of the new studio, which showing a dealer serving players at a Caesars-branded table. Clicking the icon brings customers to a lobby or salon privé (“private room), which is strictly for Caesars- and Horseshoe-branded table games:
Having the brand recognizable is important to Caesars, and Evolution. Jacob Claesson, Evolution North America CEO, said:
“By combining our cutting-edge technology with the unmistakable Caesars brand, this dedicated studio will deliver the elegance and thrill of Caesars Palace to online players in Pennsylvania.
“The new studio is truly stunning and showcases the incredible potential of live dealer casino gaming. We are extremely happy and proud to support Caesars in their efforts to elevate their player experience and continue to raise the bar for online casino entertainment.”
It’ll be interesting to see what kind of impact a new live dealer studio has for the operator. While slots are the bread and butter for operators, live dealer games have accounted for more than 50% of online table games revenue.
There is certainly a demand for the games. Caesars is attempting to address that with its own supply.
